BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Please leave a comment to tell us whether you prefer to have a same-room session when you booked for a couple’s treatment .
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to sign in. A late arrival to your appointment may shorten your session.
• Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 2 hours in advance without any fees.
• 20% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation or reschedule within 2 hours of the appointment time.
• 50% fee will be charged in case of no-show.
• In some circumstances, we may need to move your appointments (10 mins to 30 mins). We will contact you via email or phone if the time changes.
